I swapped out clutch and brake master cylinders with a set of radials from a zx14.

There is no coating on new tires and hasn't been since the 50's(?) Used to be a "mold release" used, but hasn't been for a LONG time. Shops still say there is, usually out of ignorance because that's what they were taught, primarily because it's easier to explain to customers that that is why...

Pro Taper has a new set of bars called the "adventure". An 1 1/2" more ride than standard pro taper bars and a bit more pullback. They are 1 1/8 bars so adaptors are required. I have a set on my bike, which along with the added height of adapters are uber-comfy.

"Yamaha combustion chamber cleaner" or "Ringfree". Give 'em a try; they both work so well its incredible.

I recently moved back to Florida from Tucson, and this time of year there is hard to beat. Breathtakingly beautiful weather, scenery, and roads. It always amazed me how few motorcyclists were there.

Head gaskets can be changed with engine in the frame. It's a pretty big job, though.

A 6mm time-sert would be a correct fix.

I've got an 07 klr650(my 4th or 5th) and a '17 CRF250L (ridiculously slow, never wouldve bought if it wasnt such a steel). Klr is stock besides slipon and has 78k miles! Crf has 1500 miles and I've done almost everything to improve the power; 2mm overbore, ported head, yosh full race system, EJK...
