Never mind Black is good. That leaves me at bad TCI Any suggestion other than a $600.00 part ?

The boxes house the coils and are near flywheel, OK I think Im good, spec says 110ohm +/- 10% I got 100ohm using black wire as ground at each wire, on 5 connector underseat. I tested continuity on each of the 5 wire connector from underseat to TCI all are good EXCEPT THE BLACK WIRE, IT APPEARS...

I tested 5 pin connector underseat comming up from motor. Using black as common all four measure 100 Ohms (CRAPPY METER)

As I understand the TCI is a two part system, Igniter and pickup coil. Does'nt seem that 1 circuct would fail at Igniter. Are there 4 indvidule pickup coils?

plug checked, good. plug wire, good coil resistance, good Coil contanuity, good Coil + wire side, good. Coil - side wire to TCI, good. That leaves use at TCI Anyone know how to test TCI? (TCI fires 3 other plugs) Grrr#@&?*!!

Has anyone experienced IGNITOR UNIT (TCI,BRAIN..ECT) failure on 1 circuit, and the others worked?

Update. switched coils working to the no working circuit. The one I thought was bad works on the Known working circuit. I know all coils work properly. I know the stand switch is working. I know the circuit that fires my RF cylinder has an issue. Key on has power at all coils. yet no fire...

yes I think its the kickstand relay But that would effect all cylinders? (i have fire at 3 of the 4 cyl)

The factory Epoxys these together. Yours failed. Before you reassemble, make sure steel insert slides freely into plastic tube. I use a dremel tool with a steel wire brush tip. The Epoxy holds it together. If your steel insert is to tight, taping it together WILL BREAK THE PLASTIC TUBE. Been the...
