I need some wisdom from you old salty vmax lovers.. Ok I bought a stupid clean 06 max with 4500 miles, had a lot of popping so I have gutted the carbs and she is clean and sounding well.. There a little stutter between 2500-3500. I keep checking the plugs and 3 look perfect.. A nice light...

Fellow Vmax lovers.. So I added the Shinko 170 to the back and she looks, feels and performs very well. I was a little nervous if the tire would rub the shaft.. but its still a solid 3/8's of an inch away and that shinko only cost 90 bucks.

Thanks for the help.. Taking off the carbs has fix one part of the issue.. I bought a carb sync and I was able to sync 1-3 cylinders... But cylinder 4 has so much more vacuum than the others. I am not sure how to troubleshoot.. Diaphragm looks perfect, no wear, tears and the vacuum hole is on...
