The vinegar method maybe cheaper and easier for rust in this case. I used it in my heavily rusted tank it was shiny metal when I emptied it out. Then a few TSP rinses and Caldwell sealer. It's good stuff. Actually advertises that it repairs POR-15 and Creem uhoh's.

What are you guys using for front blinkers other than OEM? I have the OEM's but they are in pretty poor shape. Looking for a cheap, good looking alternative. LED would be fine. Can you use something like a flush mount signal up there on that bracket? thanks,

Found the problem. Got the servo out and wired it up again. It was not jumping, but it was the shaft was pulsing. I opened up the servo and knew what I was going to find. Plastic teeth everywhere. It's stripped. Anyone got a good working servo?

Yes, they are moving freely. Good spring tension as well.

The video should be there now Dan. Set screw is tight. The cable bracket isn't slipping on the servo shaft. The shaft snaps back as well.
