Due to my looming retirement date and having too many vehicles I'm listing my '95 Gen 1 Max for sale. It's got 84,000 miles on the clock so it's obviously been ridden and not let sit outside collecting rust, always garage kept. I'm just getting old and this bike goes much faster than I can think...

Anybody have decent results with heated gloves or heated liners? Any gloves I've tried with separate batteries usually are ineffective after about 15 minutes. I would like to hear what you hearty winter riders are comfortable with. Getting old now and pain doesn't feel so good anymore.

Group, I have 1995 Max with VGas setup and have issues with #2 cylinder metal intake developing sweat on the outside. The bike also seems to load up slightly while accelerating and when cruising at a steady speed of say 65-75mph. Could this be a vacuum or intake leak? :ummm:

Group, I have a friend that has a 1985 Max that has a problem with the stator wires heating and I think melts the connectors. He has replaced the stator with a new one but still has this issue. Any guidance will be appreciated.

Anybody in the central or southern Ohio area up for weekday riding? I work Friday through Sunday so I miss almost all events around here. respond here if anybody wants to go "burn rice".
