Just a little update. Got the napa fan sensor switch installed. (An yes you have to use your o-ring. LOL.) Fan kicks on right at the halfway point on the temp guage. As noted in other threads. Before it came on in the red zone. I'm gonna go with this for now an see if it gives me any battery...

Been to idaho, wyomming etc a few times on vacation. Both in the winter and summer. Very nice but i don't believe i could hang in the winter.
