all my rattles have come from the metal pieces of the oil sending system . o rings missing or loose fitting .

removing the relay and jumping those two wires my bike went from sitting over a year trying figure this shit out to starting on 1st try and has never ran better.

i had to jump the red with black stripe to red with white stripe to get the bike to start .

the metal tubing from the oil sending unit is tapping the motor bc the O ring has disinegrated or out of position, gets louder when down shifting.

nobody has yet answered this mans question CAN YOU RMOVE THE RELAY BY CONNECTING THE RIGHT WIRES TOGETHER .

put a rubber washer between the 2 nuts that lock in the neck berrings .... worked for me.

whats the causes spitting ??
