Tank is fine. It is rare and intermittant, not constant or predictable. It happened on 2 occassions this summer and the last had it running long enough to fill the bowls then would stop again and sit until I could get the bowls full. The filter is clear and full of fuel and the pump would run...

Great build up on the old thread but it is now been 14 years and no further??? how did this turn out? If it did work out better than his current setup, what was the specific jetting/slide settings??

Current ride-1995 customized including 18" V-Rod wheel built by unknown custom builder in early 2000's and installed by owner that also did custom paint and stitching in seat. Lowered by me. Kerker 4-2-1 by me. Soon to have Morley stg 7 air box mod kit with jetting. My Bucket Lister.

95 custom. Wheels/Tires: Front-100/90-18 on stock rim. Rear-180/55-18 on custom built 18" V-Rod wheel.

Z-bars have been replaced with drag bars. Like the positioning of Z's with riding position but handlebar mounted fluid recepticles (Brake and clutch) sat at angle not allowing the fluid to sit level thus not able to fill entirely as should be when they are level.
