My 89 max has raceteched forks that are 835mm axle centre to top, which is a bit short as I'm grinding the headers. What's your ( free length ) on your forks? :punk:

A quick ride over to Whangamata on my current 89 max and Met up with my old 2001 max . The 89 runs radials and emulators, the 01 still on stick rims and progressive springs.

Does anyone know the best option for replacing gen1 carb diaphrams? The rubbers on a couple of mine are not soft ( not cracked) but hard..:ummm:

I know the " golden shower" was :rofl_200:a basket case , but I've done one long trip to the burt munroe rally, 4000ks, and being service time i put a new fuel filter in, the old one looked ok from the top, but once removed and turned over..... It was half full of fine sediment. Wow . Anyway...

Hi guys, I just replaced my starter motor with one from eBay , ricks. Had a 2 pole got a 4 pole, wow what an improvement. Now it turns real fast and starts a treat.

And was impressed. Except for the riding position ( which suits high speed) the package was awesome. Best top gear roll-on that I've ridden. :eusa_dance: Also the best pacman run I've had in a while. Has anyone compared a 2nd gen vmax to the latest busa or 14?:punk:
