My vmax is spark plug boots are in need of replacing. I have a good set from a 97 zx-10
Anyone know if there would be any issue using something like this or do I need to compare resistance on these other boots

Just measured one off the vmax and can’t get any ohm reading at all. Even took the resistor out and tested it alone and nothing.
Would this have even have been firing?

That's one of those " If there's any doubt, replace" kind of things. Cheap and easy to replace, and could save you problems later. I'd do a set of COPS if it was my bike, though.

Yeah the readings were off a good bit. 2 were right on and the other 2 not even close.
Ordered new NGK’s earlier today. I think the Kawasaki ones I have would work but they read 13 ohms. And unsure if the 3 ohms makes any difference. Decided to go new.
