That's what we need to see! Plenty of room there. One bay for parts, one to work in, and two for vehicles/flex-space.
And I will put a door in the back asap & close in the 15 ft overhang if the deal works out. I will have a 15x40 man cave with a bathroom & small bar in it.
Went back to the house today for the inspection & the house is nice & solid the inspector was impressed now were waiting on the termite inspection if it is good then were good to go. I am obsessed I keep taking pictures of the land.

Yeah maybe I need to learn how to make my own rum :rofl_200: I guess there is 660 acres behind it I think 400 on the other side I could put one in my man cave.

Well still cant move until we get the floors & kitchen done but we have explored the land & creek some & it is really pretty. I have been painting the inside of the garage ( Christine's request) I found a nice 4 ft rattlesnake skin behind the fridge in the garage. I was told to watch for them new garage door seals coming soon & moth balls already out. We lost power in a windstorm last night & the truck got stuck trying to get to the transformer & the track bobcat had no luck getting him up the hill they called a backhoe in but I was leaving & did not see him getting him out but it must have worked because I got a notice . I think half the city was at my house . LOL

Congrats Kyle, that's s fine place you have there. That would be perfect for me. Neighbors out of site and plenty of trees. A nice big Man cave too.
