Guess I forgot to say I did figure it out. It's just the way the sign is made up and not really paying attention. My question... Why vote in a tax collector. My think'n, if ya don't vote one in, no taxes!:eusa_dance:

I was laughing at the humor of the sign. I'm afraid we're in for a lifetime of tax increases from the feds, state and local governments no matter what we do.:bang head:
