Howdy y'all! I have finally gotten some v-stax for my bike, I went with the short ones from Exactrep. I figured they'd look better (to me) than the long ones. I can say that I am happy with the look of them. I also made some "screens" to go with them. I got the idea from this forum, from Neil-3446 in this thread http://www.vmaxforum.net/showthread.php?t=1724&highlight=v-stax+screen

I went to Lowe's and bought what I thought that he used, I think I got it right. It's enough to make about 5000 screens, lol! I think I spent somewhere around $13.00 for it but it might have been a few bucks more. It's called Phifer Pet Screen Black.

Anyhoo, here's some pics :

This is the package

Cut out 1, used it as a template and trimmed around it to make 7 more

You got to know when to hold'em

One screen placed vertical, one at a 45° angle

Not too shabby!

I like that the screens are black. It gives it depth and the screen material is pliable so it allows the stack to screw right down on it w/o issue.

Thanks to Neil-3446 for the great idea!!

Those look really good!! I like the look of them. Looks faster haha

Looks good. I think anything we do to our max just adds a little more character.
