not too expensive, there are tons that cost more. if you equate "cost" with "good", then they probably suck

These look just like the highpoint boots that I raced with for many years.I loved them and was bummed when they dropped them for the mostly plastic boots.

I found these Xelement boots on myleather.com which I like the style of. They are selling for $48 so I may just try them at that price.
These are my old worn Red Wings I need to retire to slipper duty!

I wasn't sure which thread to put this contribution in (show us your boots? Exhaust? What did you to to your V-max today?) so it's ended up in this one.
rode four hundred kilometres today and on the second leg of the trip had my fifteen year old son riding pillion.
Took a break 60 kilometres from home then hit the freeway again. Looooook at what happened to his brand new work boots when the supertrapps warmed up on the freeway.
Trash those boots. Took two hours and a heat gun to clean the supertrapps.
