Never had that problem and I use it almost exclusively on here. I would recommend clearing the app cache since something obviously went awry.

Speaking of tapatalk, how do disable notifications? I get tons of them and it's annoying

Click on Me/Settings and scroll down to Tapatalk Network Settings. Under that there's something called Email Notifications.
