Total Lunar Eclipse tonight

There will be a total lunar eclipse tonight between 1:32 and 3:35am (EST) tonight.

This might actually be worth staying up or getting up early for.

Went outside a little while ago and the full moon was so bright I could see all the way down the street. Really kind of eerie.....

Is the eclipse for all the US or just your area?

Afraid i'm gonna miss this one.Nothing but cloud's & rain here in southern California. For the rest of the week,can't see nuthin....:confused2:

The eclipse should be for all of the US. The only difference would be what time it happens in different time zones.

And its gone for a little bit. Thats about all the picture taking for me, even though I was bringing in the camera between shots at -30f it was starting to freeze up.
