The guy took a Honda 450 cylinder head and barrels and grafted them to a Honda 305 crankcase, and then made it fit in the frame. Beautiful job!

If this is Photoshopped, someone did a really good job on the photo. The carbs are 450 carbs, and sit level. If it's real, that itself took some work, not to mention modding the cases to take the 450 cylinder studs.

Looks v. neatly done, but I wonder about the balance factor of the bottom end. I'd put a stock 305 Superhawk at around 20 rwhp and a DOHC 450 Honda at perhaps 35 rwhp. The 450 had a lot of vibration. I borrowed my friend's 450 for a ride to community college back in the 1970's & he got seat time on my Kawi 500 triple. I couldn't believe that it shook like that, stock. I suggested he had a broken motor mount or a missing mount bolt, but no.

I would like to try it, though. Why not just see if the entire engine could swap? It does look good.
