I picked up this 2007 Vstar 1100 today from my neighbor. He put led lights all over it with no fuse and it shorted and and had a small fire . It needs a new battery and box and a wiring harness and right side covers. It is a pretty clean bike only has 14000 miles. It already has the oil filter relocation kit and pipes and jet kit. I just put a new front tire and brakes and changed all the fluids about a 1000 miles ago. He sold it to me for 500 bucks so I figured it was worth it. I found all the parts I need for 300 . I might run across another small thing or 2 I need but still not bad.

Wow, a solid-looking ride, much-better looking than a 1982 Virago 920! (Had one given to me, needed work, fixed it & got rid of it)

Someone should be very happy with that.

Thanks I ordered the harness voltage regulator and battery box today . I will worry about the cosmetic stuff later after I dig into it more and make sure I do not need anything running wise.
