I picked up some 6 pot FZR1000 Sumitomo Calipers.

I will be changing to galfer steel braided lines. Which are better, going with original 3 line with splitter or 2 line? Which will be easier to bleed?

Also, are HH pads the best for these calipers?

Thanks,
Don

Either line setup will work equally well.
Bleeding isn't difficult on either setup.

I'd base my line choice on looks. Whichever you feel looks better is what I'd use.

I did a 2 line setup on my bike. 1 line from master to caliper. Double banjo on caliper. 1 line jumps over fender to other caliper. I based my choice on what I think looks best. I thought it would be difficult to bleed but it was quite easy.

I feel HH pads are always a good choice for front pads

I believe the 2 lines are easier to bleed. Me personally Ive run the galfer organic pads g1054. Run them now for several years. Great stopping ability.
