I'm about to do that.

Anyone know exactly what I'll face at the border with the bike on the trailer?

I assume there will be several forms to fill out. I also just read the the bike needs to have the stock exhaust on it because they'll be looking for EPA and DOT markings.

If anyone that has done this and has some information to pass on I would greatly appreciate it.

I've brought bunch from usa to canada...as posted there should be a Web site to walk you through it...I've never had any issues. I could call ya tell ya what I had to do and assume won't be much different the other way.
If u need stock exhaust I got a mint set of blk 97 mufflers and decent head pipes.
