It is time to sell the project / finished bike and redo it next year. I should have sold it earlier in the season but I was still too in love with it. Now my plan is to sell it and use the money to finish paying for school. So I'd like to share where I'm at right now. Photobucket destroyed so many build threads without warning, and we're not able to edit our posts so I'm SOL continuing on it. So heres all the previous photos and such that I was working on previously.

Here is what it looked like when I bought it.

I started diving into the wiring...

Redid the headlight harness

Ended up ditching the original master and slave cylinder for an aftermarket with the same piston bore. It looks better, and was significantly cheaper than the OEM. Altogether it is solid, and haven't had problems since it has been installed.

Ended up finding a new OEM seat. I've decided to reskin it.

So, I don't have photos of the new Marks exhaust on it. I also don't have photos of the newer seat after it was cut down and reskinned.

I'll upload some of the photos to it.

Sucks that you have to sell her...but I totally understand why.
When we first bought our house, I had to sell my 70 SS nova that I was the 2nd owner of to buy and install H2O baseboard boiler for.

It looks really good.
I like the sound of the traps on our bikes. How does it differ in sound vs the Marks?

Yes better appearance than when you got it. Did your front brake master cylinder include a micro-switch for the brake light?

Absolutely did and the connectors fit on correctly no problem. Haven't had any issues with it since installing.

So... I didn't sell it.. never even listed it. It is in storage in my shed right now. I keep telling myself I will.. but I probably won't. Excited for next season!

Glad you kept it...so many folks regret trading in their rides (both bikes and cars) for money. Much easier to come by more cash than cool stuff you put your time and handiwork into.
