I didn't sand it before buffing it. It wouldn't have made much of a difference. The pink wasn't all that noticable before I buffed it, just very dull. :ummm: Oh well. I don't think my bike is any faster then quarterhorse's. I also don't believe in the "freak '85" thing either. We did a couple of pulls and the winner was usually the one that got traction first. I get very throttle happy and tend to mash the gas. That ends up with lots of tire spin. :biglaugh:
