hi I'm jared and i'm a bikeaholic. I'm new to this board and although i have ridden a vmax a number of times i have never owned one. I just got rid of a turbo gsx-r 1000 and came across a friend of a friend who has a basket case 1988 max for a few hundred bucks. I have always loved the v max but have almost no knowlege about them. So I would like to get your advice on what problems I should look out for and how to set it up for touring two up and solo. Any help info or advie would be greatly appreciated.
