internal

Hi guys, started replacing the starter clutch over the weekend... flywheel came off eventually (actually easier then anticipated, happy days). Changed starter clutch went to reassemble and then noticed I'd stuffed the first few threads of the Crankshaft internal thread so now the flywheel...

i am going to jump into the racetech spings and emulators tomorrow i want to lower the forks 1" internally i know this can be done with a spacer but i would like to have some guidance. can anyone give me some step by step on that setup? Chris :worthy:

took the bike out this morning, and discovered that it had develped a whirring noise under deceleration,(akin to apiece of cardboard stuck between the front wheel and mudgaurd).I disassembled the clutch and the final drive,but found nothing untoward. Has anyone come across tis problem before?

I HAVE SEEN TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS ABOUT THE INTERNAL "O" RINGS BLOWING OUT THAT SUPPLY OIL TO PARTS OF THE ENGINE . WAS THAT EVER CORRECTED AT THE FACTORY , OR IS THAT SOMETHING I HAVE TO DEAL WITH, ON MY 2006 ? :ummm:
