wavy

I believe that my 1989 max has a R1 front caliper conversion.If i am wrong can you put me right on what the calipers are off (see pic).I am looking to buy front wavy discs and i cannot seem to find any for that year.Any help locating someone who sells these appreciated.

I am trying to reassemble my rear brake after installing the new wavy disk. Just getting back to it after this last incident (Rotor bolt fiasco) Possibly I am just brain dead today (it's been a pretty rough week) but I can't seem to get this to work. I have one of Jedi's brake adapters...

Been messing in solidworks and drew up a new rear disc. If I'm happy I'll send it to a friend with a laser cutter in a DXF. file and he said he would do it for nothing:eusa_dance: Any thoughts to the design?
