Are the bearings all the same since the 80's to the end of the 1200 line..!@?

I need a comparation charts of rotor bolt pattern and outher diameters

I have a hayabuza fork with period wheel, calipers and rotors and the rotors are 5mm in radius to small (but all the parts are from 2002)
