Vboost problem

I started noticing a few weeks ago that when I turn the ignition on and hit the run key, my vboost actuator wasn't making the usual actuator noise. Instead it would make a rapid clicking noise. I've done a search here and read all the possible problems and I think the square box in the left scoop may be the culprit so I took it out and examined it. I couldn't find a broken solder connection or anything that looks out of the ordinary. You guys have any advice???

Push on the center of that box see if the vboost functions them solder joints are very small and hard to see.

Yep, I tried that and nothing...I even hooked up my voltmeter and its getting power.
