Will not start !

I have a 99 v max and if it is cool out 62 or so it will not turn over at all but when I get home from work and it is 80 outside it turns over and starts right up. If I put a new battery in it. it is hit or miss . What wire do I need to change or fix?

I'd check your wire harness ground by the oil filler cap, and the + and -- on the battery itself, all touching surfaces should be shiny-clean, no oxidation/corrosion, and snug.

Also include the leads on the solenoid and starter.
