Well crap. I thought it was the whole thing pictured. Ordered the a123 last night and figured I may try the gustafsson on the other bike. So ... Both givi and gustafsson screens need the metal mount acquired separately? Any good source U recommend?

Fire medic. Looking at getting a givi A123 or the gustafsson. But not sure what the gustafsson base, +2, +5. Look like. Do u have any pictures of the gustafsson versions for comparison or assessment actually on a bike. I guess I would default to the +5. Appreciate help with the choice

well .. actually ... since I have two, I was sort of thinking making the "98 a bit of a do-all .. wide multi surface tires, gaiters and adapting a frame mounted fairing or going the dual headlight look, and of course a 3.5gal keg of gas on the back :-) . At this point just imagining...

As fire-medic said, this is a 98 and has no stone protector In my part of the. Country we do get our fair share of gravel trucks, and just general crud on the highway. Plus if I'm going to doing mini-tours on it there will be rain and associated road grim. So just thinking Abt keeping life...

mine came with what look to be the same rear shocks -- replaces with the progressive 444 and made a world of difference.
