Great to hear that the swingarm issues got fixed properly Ed and that you're riding again ! Like Tom and Brian said.... look forward to seeing you at the next Thunder with that sweet looking bike of yours !!
Wishing everyone some good runs and some good times too ! :clapping:
It's going to be a little "too cool" up here in mid-Michigan with a forecast high of 39 F & sunny on Dec 6th. Still haven't put the bike up for winter hibernation yet.... hope to get a ride in on Monday when the temps get...
Great looking wheels Kent.... congrats on getting them. :clapping:
So what your saying is that visiting Sean's workshop is kinda like being a kid in a candy store ? Sounds like I've got to make that road trip !
You too Poppop... and to all the other VMF brothers & sisters out there too ! :clapping:
Hope to get one more long ride in on Wednesday while it's still nice & above freezing here in mid-Michigan ... too busy on Turkey day.
It will be a Red one Rick... cause I'm the lucky guy that won the set that Sean Morley graciously offered at Thunder ! :punk:
Will be sending pics to Sean and posting them here once I get them get mounted. Sean / Jedi, they look FANTASTIC !
Thanks for the info Blaine. Got a Speedo-Healer back in May. Corrected the ~7% higher speed readout on my Gen2. Good to know they'll take care of it if any problems develop.
Old Timer, sorry to see you parting ways with the Vmax.... again ! :damn angry:
But glad you're hanging around the VMF :biglaugh: Your wisdom is always appreciated. :worthy:
Who knows.... you may end up with a Gen2 Vmax :punk:
Re: Award Request for MaxMidnight!
Totally Agree with everyones comments. You got my vote !
Thanks for sharing that excellent knowledge Steve ! :clapping:
Cheers !
Totally agree with you Tom ! :punk:
I too got out for a 2 hr ride too visiting the back roads around Midland county. Can you believe that south wind that was blowing !! Several gusts made me grip the handlebars extra tight a few times !!
NOOOOOO...... say it ain't sooooo.
I hear ya, but here in Michigan, with realistically only a 6 month ridin season, we try to keep riden til the first snow falls !! :snow:
That's just the way it it is !!!! :clapping:
