100 hp has the restricted version without the v-boost. are you sure your bike is an open moden. do you hear when you turn your switch on a bzzzz sound? the something is wrong cause it is very low hp for a stock bike. do you have stock exhausts ?

they are the same carbs both keihin flatsides. the diference is the angle of the carbs inlets that bolt on the motor. you will need an exhaust sytem as your system produces lower hp than stock exhausts

my tail light is a led light and works fine without resistors. the cables for low and high are two differend things. resisostors are not the problem. the resistors you install for instance to blinks are for not blinking too fast. take a multymeter and check the cable that you have the high rear...

check on the rear pedal where the rear brake switch there is a plastik nut whare the spring is. lighten the nut and you will be fine

+1 thats fuel pump sound. you must hear this sound clicking a lot if you dont ride your bike for one - two days when you turn on your switch from off to on . a continued clicking and then stops when the carbs are filled.No worries
