Seperate fuses for each side. Most likely issue.

The flywheel should slip on by hand but a light tap could help if needed. The surface of the crank nose will be recessed somewhat below the surface of the flywheel center (about 1/8" I think).

Gen 1 or 2? I am guessing Gen 2? There are a few types out there but not sure how well they will hold up to a moving crash versus a parking lot tip over (which likely they all will do ok).

My suggestion is to cut spacers that are flush with the end of the fork tube with it fully extended. That way when you put the cap on you will end up with approx 1" of preload (the suggested amount).

Stock power output is 168-172 rwhp. Slip-ons/Cat Delete will get you into the 180's. A full header (only Hindle) will get you into the 190's. Some dyno's are happier then others which can sometimes get you into the 200's but that's a rare occurrence.

To add for clarity. The bolt spacing and width is different between the year ranges so it's not even a close fit.

Depends on the conditions. I have run full pressure and down as low as 20psi.
