Thought I would add to this thread, my servo was not working and just humming this weekend. I checked all the wiring and opened the control box to find it looked perfect. Flexed it around with no results. I ended up removing the airbox and gently moving the cable actuator and the thing took off...

I always put a small dab of never seize on the threads of any steel bolt that comes out of aluminum threads....it helps it come out easily next time you want to remove it!

Just thinking out loud, since your vboost isn't working properly, I wonder if its possible that the butterfly valves are stuck in the open position?.....I believe that would make it run rich. Also check your choke plungers to make sure they are all seating properly.

I had one heck of a time on mine getting the light to shine though enough to be noticeable. I was going through the stock slotted plastic though, so you might have better luck with the plexiglass. ^ Those look good Todd!!
