Flashed ECU and Engine trouble warning light

Do you know how to get into the diagnostic screen? Here are some easy directions how, that are in the factory service manual. I also attached the paperwork that should have all of the trouble codes with it.

    2nd gen fork seals ,

There are no videos that I know of. I replaced one of my seals last summer. I did use the factory fork seal driver that I was able to get for 150.00. You MIGHT be able to use a piece of 2 inch pvc. 52 mm equals 2.04 inches. You will probably have to chamfere the inside lip a little to match up...

    Jetting with Morley's Muscle Kit

Here is the link to the factory pro website. Good information. I followed their advice for determining main jet, and needle settings. I did not readjust float level height. Why mess with 2 variables, when you can make the same adjustment with one. I did follow their advice on needle position. I...

    Jetting with Morley's Muscle Kit

There are a lot of variables when determining jetting. It doesn't seem to matter as much on a stock bike, because you are only changing 1 or 2 variables. With Sean's kit, your changing more. Altitude and float height, and aftermarket exhaust are the 3 main ones to look at. The higher the...

    2step on a gen2

The problem is the gen 2 clutch. The clutch wire ( ground) should be clean.....no voltage at all. There is actually something like .669 volts on the ground wire all of the time. Friends have contacted dynojet and dynojets solution was to get into the gear wire, to where the 2 step would work in...

    2step on a gen2

I have I have one on my Gen 2. I have the dynojet version. Its wired in exactly like the instructions. The upside, its easy to do, and works. The downside, you turn it off and on, IN THE ELECTRONICS.....VIA LAPTOP. So you turn it on, and you cant go riding around town, because its on. You can...

    Fine tuning and Dyno-jet settings

The dynojet instructions.....as they are written, are pig rich. As with most things, tune for your bike. The Vmax usually likes things a little bit on the leaner side.

Front forks: how much sag for best damping?

Setting the sag is the first thing to do to get the front end sorted. I always used a zip tie around a fork, it will move up so you can measure the sag accurately.
