    Cool air airbox

I personally like the idea. I would fabricate it the easiest way possible. If you do take on the challenge keep us posted. I believe it should make a difference with deliverance of cooler air to the carbs. It probably won't have any ram air effect, but the air will be denser to the carbs.

    SOS starting engine

Most members just retighten the bolts and peen the part of the bolt that sticks out on the other side. It should work fine. If it were mine that's what I would tell them to do. We hardly ever replace the whole assy. Make sure the brass cage that holds the rollers and springs in place does noes...

    New Shinko, bumping front end

I would jack the bike up and check for run out on the tire and rim, also check the small rubber bead around the tire to make sure tire is seated on the rim properly.

    New Shinko, bumping front end

You may have bent one of your front rotors changing the tire if it came in contact with the floor. They bend easily.....

What are these parts and where do they go??

You should check and see if this part Eric is referring to is present. If it is I think I would just put it on a shelf for now if everything is working as it should.

    Clutch bled

While you have the slave off, it would be a good Idea to replace the clutch push rod seal and use black RTV sealant to the back of the seal also. That seal seems to fit loosely and needs a sealant on it. Oil Seal 93109-08061-00. I pressed mine in with my thumb. If the reservoir fluid...
