Michelin and the other leading rubber companies have 2 compound tyres. Michelin also made 3 compound tyre. Im not sure how this translates into US market. I use to complain on the "flat spot", then I bought my Michelin Pilot Power tyre... I had forgotten what it felt like to have a flat spot.

It looks like schootky diode. Voltage drop on normal diode should be around 0,5-0,6V and on schootky around 0.2-0.25V. And this is what diode test in normal multimeter will show - typicaly in mV so 600 for normal and 250 for schootky. Damn you, you stole my solid explanation :rofl_200: Gleo...

This is a diode and it exist on the electrical diagram. Dont have the OEM manual on hand right now but it has a certain function. Dont remove it. Will give you more detail evening.

And they literaly lost a new set of billet tripple trees last year which I've made for a member here. They paid 100$ refund tho Im not sure I should cry or smille...

Mine setup: -vfr mono swingarm -cbr 929 shock with prolink. Strangely familiar...again. But Im used to have a deja vu with you Fred.

Im more on the air ride right now. Im sure I can machine them myself. Will buy the rear shock for sure to get some inspiration. Its nothing else then double piston cylinder - machining, seals or CAD designs are not my concern ;)

Some say get a dual chamber verions(link show single chamber ver.) only becouse you will not be able to ajust the rebound.
