The Morley kit usually includes air correctors. If so you will need to factor that into your calculations.

The cable with the single barrel is the pull cable it goes on the front bell crank. The cable with 2 barrels goes on the rear bell crank.

Are you certain the pilot fuel jets are clean?

Hard to beat Metzler. Had a panic stop situation with Avons...locked up the rear and slid for a long ways. The tire made a strange high pitched squeal. Went back to see how far I slid...and there were no marks on the road...none! Tires came off the next day...too hard IMO.

Never could see any reason to eliminate the VBoost...just complicates your sync procedure.

I don't think the correctors are there...the hole is much smaller...like this.... Yes, after blowing them up yes, your correctors are in.

A misplaced #170 would suggest there is a #152.5 or #150 (whatever mains you are using) misplaced also.

Air pressure has always worked for me but I have heard of guys using grease gun pressure...maybe look into that.

I used thin styrofoam pieces to take up that space. Cardboard pieces would probably work ok too.
