Are aftermarket slides drilled to OEM Vmax specs? Many come through with Venture holes.

Sometimes true...sometimes not true. Depends on size and/or year Venture. It's best to measure.

The title of the thread..."SHOULD" overflowing gas....... Answer - Definitely not! Raw fuel should never 'overflow' anywhere out of the carbs.

Cleaning the purge jet behind the o-ring can be done with a small wire...the one Mark indicates in his 3rd photo above can get a little trickier. But they need to be clear.

Stock needle will have 5EZ43 stamped just below the 'E' clip groove According to the diagram #3 & #4 are stock

I've cut plastic from a flimsy water bottle...worked fine. Mimic the hooked end like the Sealmate.

Are there o ring grooves on the underside of the bolt flange? Also don't forget the left front #2 and right rear #3 bolts enter oil galleries...oil can creep up the threads if unsealed.
