I use the D3 grips... http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/driven-racing-d-3-grips They are cool looking, comfortable and have open ends, which is necessary for bar end mirrors. I put these mirrors on this winter and so far they are working great...

Customer service goes a very long way when it comes to keeping a customer and getting return business. Talking down to or blaming the customer never gets a business anywhere good.
