    sidestand switch

Something doesn't sound right, if you put the side stand up it should contact the push in the pin on the side stand switch. If it doesn't I'd see if you can disable it like I did on my Gen 1.

    Departing for the Diavel

^ There are a few guys that went from a Gen 1 Vmax to a BKing and from what I know they don't regret it. BUT the 2 guys I know that did that both said they will own a Gen 1 Vmax at some point in the future just because of the Bad A$$ persona of a Gen 1 Vmax.

Is there a version of user guide that is printable

I print out sections of the Gen 1 Service Manual whenever I need to. The Gen 2 Service Manual should be printable too: http://v4musclebike.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9801

    HELP DD mod gone wrong!

Make sure the pressure plate is aligned properly so it is tight against the first friction pale. When I installed my Barnett clutch I had a 1/6" or gap and it would not engage or disengage. Once I rotated it so it was tight to the first friction plate all was good again.

    Pinion Video - Too Loose?

Email Sean Morley ([email protected]), he should have some insight into this issue. And if needed he most likely has another final drive available.

    Stripping powdercoat

That rear wheel he has on it is quite a bit heavier than stock so I'd guess it costs him at least 2-3 RWHP. And if he'd just listen to me and paint it Green he'd gain at least 4-5 RWHP. ;)

    Stripping powdercoat

^ Get in line 06VMaximus !!!!!!!! (not really, if Eric is willing to sell you his current rear wheel, I say more power to you and him !) I personally can't wait to see Eric's Dyno results with the Carr rear wheel vs. his current heavy A$$ rear wheel. If he doesn't break 120 RWHP I'll be shocked...

    THUNDER 2016 - Roll Call!!!

Kyle, John, Bill and I noticed that the local and State motorcycle police came through the parade up front then circled back to surround the Vmax group. ;)

Gen 1 full or slipon exhaust

Supertrapp Slip-ons sound Great and don't require you to rejet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2w_LpXVgsc8 I rode my 2000 for years with the 5 hole modded stock exhaust until I got a great deal on my current Supertrapps. The 5 hole stockers sounded good BUT my Supertrapp's sound Great ...

    Bikemaster Tru-Gel Battery

I've heard good things about the MotoBatt's as well.

    Bikemaster Tru-Gel Battery

I agree 100 %. I had a UB12180 (283 CCA- 18 Ah) AGM also made by UPG and it lasted 9 years. I bought an APX12220 (UB12220) 420 CCA - 22 Ah AGM about 6 months ago and it cranks my Vmax like a champ. I'm hoping it lasts as long as my $40 UB12180 did.

    Brake light suggestions

^ That sounds like it just does Exactly what adding a 100 ohm resistor did for my LED tail light.

    Brake light suggestions

I used this 60 LED tail light and I like it a lot better than the ugly stock light. And it's a LOT brighter than the stock light too. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Custom-12V-Cateye-LED-Taillight-w-Red-Lens-Harley-/401116641293?vxp=mtr&hash=item5d646a380d I did have to add a 100 Ohm resistor to the...
