    That air shifter will help and you should be running race fuel. MR12 is probably good for 8-10 HP would be my guess. You have a Power Commander installed? You need to add 10% more fuel to the map across the board.

    Looks like an awesome ride! You should consider the PCW spring if John is still making them. It's the perfect solution IMO. Extra clamping force, but only a slight increase in lever resistance...... nothing like the DD.

    You could tap it, or solder to it. It is fused but it's always good to have your tapped wire fused as well with the proper sized fuse.

    These 2 points have voltage with the ignition on. Im 99% sure it's still there once the bike starts but I would double check before wrapping everything up. I couldn't start my bike to check. That's to the left of the battery BTW.

    No issues. Get your ECU re-flashed and you'll take advantage of that extra air.....and see many other improvements.

    +1 Sean's kit is a tremendous bang for the buck IMO. It gives you the ability to get to that magic 120 HP number. Flatslide carbs can get you there as well but will cost you at least $2000 more.

    You'll be fine then. I highly recommend the re-flash even on a stock bike. It fixes all of the "quirks" in the factory fueling.

    Sounds like a clutch (hydraulics) issue....how many miles are on the bike? Do you know if the bike sat a long time before you had it? How many miles did you put on it before this happened? You should be able to shift clutchless if you chop the throttle, the 1st o 2nd shift might not work great...
