How much does a jen 2 Vmax weigh

I know. I totally blew that one. I should have played it straight and played along. I guess I don't make a good team player. :bang head::biglaugh:

How much does a jen 2 Vmax weigh

Aaaaaaaaaaa, gee.........I dunno - about 2 1/2 lbs, I suspect, without currently owning any hens. Turkeys are considerably heavier. :ummm::punk: Oh wait. I was supposed to ask "What's a henway?", wasn't I? So busy here looking for my carb chains, I completely blew that one!

    Brake light not coming on

That rear brake switch, with the spring attached, should be adjustable so that the spring is tensioned correctly, and will pull the switch when rear brake pedal is pressed. Here's a new spring listed on ebay, though you could probably find one matched closely enough to work by taking your...

    sidestand switch

There. Fixed it for you Blax. As far as that switch is concerned, I have accidentally bent it's mounting brkt before by getting in too much of a hurry while lifting my 09. All it took to correct was for me to get under there with a large screwdriver, and using it as a small pry bar, I...

    Venture guys, 83 with 1300cc

It looks like a sweetheart of a deal to me, if it runs as smoothly as indicated & has no trans problems, and the air shocks all hold pressure. It even still has the cassette section cover. Sweetheart of a deal, if you want a full dresser. It doesn't look as if this one is equipped with the...

    Mountain ride

What road(s) was that? The first pic could pass for somewhere on the BRP, though I suspect it might not be, but the rest, I can't place.

Guess he doesn't think we're hated enough!

What a small world it is indeed! I was just thinking to myself "The next six months would go by much faster for Ron if only he'd take that new (to him) Gen II Vmax off it's new side stand and GO FOR A RIDE, then post up a ride report for the rest of us. :biglaugh:

    High speed wobble

Put 'er up on the center stand & video it running so's we can see the back tire/wheel whilst it's spinnin'. 2nd-3rd gear slightly above idle should do it.

I sure hope so ---- only 7 1/2 more weeks ------ until he has to lead us through some of those same roads.

A Question about removing the rear fender

Believe it or not, there's actually a youtube video showing how they work. At least, this is how the plastic rivets under my 09's fender work. There are a few of this type on our Hondas as well. In the automotive industry, I've noticed, they tend to use the type Sean is describing how to...

A Question about removing the rear fender

Push the center pin IN. That unlocks those type fasteners. Then you gently pry the whole assy out by it's outer edges. Then, upon reassembly, you 'reset' the fastener by pushing the center pin back out, past flush, before reinserting it into the hole. After getting it back into the hole in...

    Lucky guy...

After taking a few roadside moments to ponder life, I would probably need to turn around and head for the house to get a new set of undies....maybe buy a lottery ticket later in the day.

    jetta flip

Clearly - the turbulence from the m/c blowing him away to his right caused his car to veer off coarse and come in contact with the center divider.

    Fuel pump missing diaphragm?

From your pics, it looks as if there is something present inside the tiny diaphragm holes in the center of each end of the pump, albeit, they look really dry. Are you sure there aren't small rubber diaphragms in place? Otherwise, you'd be able to see the mounting hole.
