Increased fuel level will go thru the lowest hole. All jets are lower than vent, which means (it seems logical), it will flow thru idle jet and main jet. UNLESS!!!!!! Fuel flow is much higher than what jets can let thru, and it will go thru vents like Sean said. He is always right!!! 👍 Summary...

Did you diagnose problem or just guessing? My bike had bad ignition module.

Installing turbo on air-cooled bike seems like a strange idea. I guess it needs big oil radiator with electrical fan.

I used pics of my carbs before overhaul. Intermittent overflowing is sign of sticky float (?) after cleaning and installing them.

Make sure rats are not living in front fairing. You'll need longer br. hoses and speed. cable for longer forks. good luck with your project.
