The Air Fuel Ratio, I'd question. The actual HP and TQ for the mods you have are in Range. My 94 is modded and detuned via the ECU. HP and TQ about the same. 42 MPG. My 89 is modded and tuned and makes way more power but gas mileage is in the 30's.

Your plugs look like they've been in for some time or exposed to the weather but they appear fine to me for an average. Nearly perfect by my standards.

Very tiny adjustments at a time and test. My last adjustment was 1/ 64th to 1/32nd of a turn to correct the problem. Go too far and you get a wobble that can be dangerous.
