That's where mine came from. Straight bolt up. They've gone nuts on the prices though. They've doubled since I got mine. If I were to upgrade today, I'd go with R1 or similar calipers.

I went overboard on my 86. The stock brakes sucked, so when the factory disks warped 11 yrs ago, I went to Galfer disks, SS lines, Harrison Big 6's. Feel and control are amazing.Truly two finger braking. Every bit as good as the Gixxer brakes on my Zed.

I sent my renewal check out just last week. I don't actively participate near as much as I used to. I guess it's just become a habit much like renewing my AMA membership every year. I do enjoy the V-boost mags though!

After frying 2 stators over 5 years, a local mekanic recommended the electrex stator for a Venture. It was actually a little cheaper than the Vmax stator. I've had no problems since (knocking on wood).
