    I'll also add, never use anything hard in the jets or mixture screw seats like a steel pick. I've had good luck with copper wire strands.

    I had the same issue for a while. Ended up being 2 bad accelerator diaphragms and a broken mixture screw oring. Print out the parts diagrams for the carb set, and individual carbs. Take lots of pictures before you disassemble them and even number and mark positions with a sharpie. Inspects soak...

    Hard to find neutral, when bike heats up???

    My Max has the same issue. If I use anything but Shell Rotella, it's finicky about going into neutral. But if I use Shell Rotella no problems finding neutral.

    They are generally tucked up by the frame.the air box usually holds them in place. Wouldnt hurt to put a zip tie or two on it. Loose hanging wires in a vehicle will usually lead to chafe and stress on the connections.

    My guess is the eggs were probably laid in the carb drain tube's. That's the most likely place they are coming from. Are they in the fuel filter? Take your tube's off and look inside them and clean them out.

    Can vboost can still be operational without the controller??

    Where ever the servo is when you unplug the controller that is where it will stay. I haven't done it personally. But a couple people have told me they unplug it when it opens the servo on the start up test and it keeps it open. Not sure if it's a benefit. I would think it would make the bike run...
