Something that I havent seen mentioned in this thread was to check the fan itself, just because it is coming on doesn't mean it is performing properly. I would perform an amp draw test. YEP THAT"S PRETTY MUCH HOW YOU REPAIR IT, I MYSELF WOULD SAND BOTH UNITS SMOOTH AND EPOXY BOTH COMPLETELY TO KEEP IT COMPLETELY UNIFORM. BUT THATS ME AND IT IS WAY MORE WORK THAN REALLY NEEDED, LOL!
