Ok....here is all of the info... I pulled the flywheel and reinstalled it just to make sure. I cleaned the magnets and put them back in and installed the magnet cover. I re-ohmed the stator and it is good. I checked all of the diodes in the R/R and they check good. I rechecked the ground...
