Things to look out for that i know of is a bad second gear... In second hammer throttle and if u feel skipping knock 2000 off the price... Sent from my GT-I9000M using Tapatalk 2

Forgive me Sean i didn't mean to say it was cheaper overall.. But in the long run you can feel confident that you won't have it happen again.... More of an upgrade over stock. However ... It was gonna cost me 350-400 to replace the two gears ... So i felt the extra cash to have the undercut done...

Okay Couple buddies and I got.to thinking on having a local meet and greet in St. Johns next year but was wondering how many Newfoundlanders are on this forum that would be willing to go to a one day meet and greet and then a ride on the Avalon. Post if you live in Newfoundland please... Sent...

The one big thing i find is that the fit and finish is good.... For example the way the seat and faux tank come together is fitted... Some cruisers it looks like they slapped on the seat over part of the tank... And then that rubs and chafes the paint on the tank... And the way the pipes...

Just finished a ride and stopped at a local Tim hortons for a coffee and was looking out at the parked Vmax... Can't help but think yeah not the best handling... Yeah not the most powerful anymore... Yeah not the most comfortable bike in the world.. But my god yamaha did a nice job on designing...

Only difference was the pipes on 85 were less restrictive and not legal over here so they restricted the exhaust and dis something to the intake to make the same power.... Sent from my GT-I9000M using Tapatalk 2

Saw on here you could buy the right hand side pivot bolt and nut to get a small bit of movement to align the swingarm. My question is... How do i install it now? book says to torque the left side to 73 lbs but i fear that will snap the Allen key... Anyone done this or know how to do it? it has...
