I took my main stand off to paint it,now i can't get the spring back on.Does anyone have any tips on getting the spring back in place,i gave up after several attempts.

My max was running on three,it was a stuck float needle.I removed the air box,tapped the offending carb with a nylon hammer.That freed it off.

Took the pods off,put a stock air filter on.Bingo,power restored.

Yes the tubes are still on the carbs,the other ends aren't connected to anything.

First ride after putting a 94 in a 02 frame,the carbs was bought of ebay from a running bike,also of the same bike are a 4-1 exhaust and pod filters.I don't know anything about the jets,i am only presuming it's been jetted because of the pods and 4-1 exhaust.PS,the brass inserts for the A/F...

Took my max for it's first ride today,i was lucky to get 45 mph.There's no power,the tick over is fine but try to open the throttle and it starts juddering.Is there anything i can try before i take the carbs off.

I don't think the VMAX is ugly,as for Cameron Diaz,all i can say is Bad Teacher car wash.

Replaced my UFO exhaust for a 4-1,the UFO is to loud for me.

Does it work thru all the gears,like the Honda c90.Iv'e got a bit of arthritis in my fingers,if i can shift thru all the gears i think i'll give it a go.
